East Valley patients

Chiropractor serving Tempe, AZ from our Mesa clinic

We do not have a Tempe office. Patients who live, study, or work in Tempe come to LifeCare on South Alma School Road in Mesa — the same clinic, the same plan.

One Mesa clinic

Why Tempe patients come to the Mesa office

Tempe does not need a second LifeCare storefront for you to get consistent chiropractic care. There is one clinic, and it is in Mesa: 1830 S Alma School Rd, Ste 135. People who live near Arizona State University’s Tempe campus, along the Rio Salado corridor, or on the Mesa side of town already cross that city line for groceries, appointments, and the US-60. They come here because they want a single treatment plan — not a new intake every time they change apartments between Tempe and Mesa.

The hop is a normal East Valley drive, not a special trip we invented for marketing. From campus or downtown Tempe you are typically heading east toward Mesa on the Superstition Freeway (US-60) or working your way over on surface streets toward Alma School. We will not publish a fake minute count. Game days, class changes, and the 60 all change the clock. What we can say honestly: Tempe patients already treat this as a local visit, the same way they already run errands in Mesa.

Campus and desk life show up in the treatment room in a particular way. Long lectures, lab stools, and laptop hours are a common backdrop for neck pain and headaches. People who sit through the day and then walk or bike campus often arrive with low back pain that started as stiffness and turned into a pattern. Wrist and forearm strain from keyboards is frequent enough that we treat wrist and carpal tunnel complaints here instead of sending you to a different office across town.

Recreation is part of Tempe too — rec leagues, the river path, and the occasional fall off a bike. Those visits look more like knee pain or a shoulder and rotator cuff problem than a “Tempe-only” injury. After a collision on Mill, Rural, or the 60, we also see auto injury and sciatica. None of that requires a Tempe phone number. The number is still (480) 839-2273.

The reason to come to Mesa, rather than shopping for a storefront that happens to say Tempe on the door, is the integrated model. An adjustment without the soft tissue around the joint is only half a visit. Soft-tissue work without a plan for how you sit, sleep, and train is the other half of a revolving door. At LifeCare the visit is built to connect those pieces: restore motion, release the tissue that is guarding it, and give you something practical to do between appointments. You can meet the team before you book.

We do not list Tempe hours, a Tempe map pin, or a Tempe review set. Email is contactus@lifecarechiro.com — mailto only. When you are ready, schedule from the contact page. Other East Valley cities we serve from this same Mesa clinic include Chandler, Gilbert, and Mesa.

Restore alignment so the joint can move the way it should.

Soft-Tissue Work

Treat the muscle and fascia around the joint — not only the crack.

Lifestyle Guidance

Sitting, training, and sleep habits that keep you from starting over.

Getting here from Tempe

Use the verified Mesa address — 1830 S Alma School Rd, Ste 135 — in your maps app. From Tempe that is typically an eastbound trip on US-60 or a surface-street run toward Alma School. Allow extra time around campus rush and the freeway; we do not invent a fixed minute count.
