Spinal Adjusting
Restore alignment so the joint can move the way it should.
East Valley patients
Old Town Scottsdale is a real destination. It is not our address. Patients who live or work in Scottsdale and want this clinic drive south to Mesa.

One Mesa clinic
Scottsdale has no shortage of clinics that put the city name on the door. LifeCare is not one of them. We do not have an Old Town suite, a Scottsdale Airpark hours block, or a second phone. The office is 1830 S Alma School Rd, Ste 135, Mesa. People still come from Scottsdale when they want this particular team and this particular mix of adjusting, soft-tissue work, and lifestyle care — not when they want the nearest pin.
Old Town is the landmark we will name because it is public and real. The drive from there, or from neighborhoods farther north, is a moderate East Valley trip compared with Gilbert or west Mesa. Loop 101 is the pattern most people already know: south and then across toward Alma School and the 60. We will not invent “22 minutes from Old Town.” The 101, Shea, and event traffic in season all change the clock. If you are coming from far north Scottsdale, treat it as a planned appointment, not a drop-in between errands.
Active jobs and active weekends show up here as shoulder and rotator cuff and knee pain as often as they show up as spinal complaints. Desk-and-drive days still produce neck pain and headaches and low back pain. After a collision on Scottsdale Road or the 101, auto injury and sciatica is treated in Mesa. We will not staff a Scottsdale auto-injury annex.
Wrist and device work is the same wrist and carpal tunnel page Mesa and Tempe patients already use. The medicine does not change because the dinner reservation was in Old Town. You can meet the team on this site, then decide if the drive is worth it. For some Scottsdale addresses it will not be — west-side or far-north trips are longer than a Tempe hop, and we will say that plainly.
Medical corridors in Scottsdale already hold plenty of specialists. We are not competing for that street frontage. Patients who already come south for a Mesa-based job, a relative, or an East Valley errand are the ones for whom this clinic is a natural add-on. If every other appointment in your week is on Shea, ask whether Alma School is a trip you will actually keep.
Integrated care is the reason the drive exists at all. If you only need the geographically closest adjustment, you should use a clinic that is closer. If you want the joint, the tissue, and the habit in one visit, this is the Mesa office that does that. We will not decorate the page with a Scottsdale star rating we did not earn.

Conditions & Services
Active weekends and desk weeks are the texture. The condition pages are the Mesa clinic’s, not a Scottsdale menu.
How we treat
The visit is the same whether you live in Scottsdale or park from across Mesa: restore motion, release the tissue that is guarding it, and change the habit that keeps reloading the problem.
Restore alignment so the joint can move the way it should.
Treat the muscle and fascia around the joint — not only the crack.
Sitting, training, and sleep habits that keep you from starting over.

Same clinic, same NAP. These pages are for patients who drive in — not extra offices.
