East Valley patients
Phoenix is a large city. We do not have a downtown Phoenix office, and we will not pretend west Phoenix is a short hop. Some Phoenix patients still come east for this clinic.

One Mesa clinic
Phoenix is not an East Valley suburb with a different ZIP code. It is the core of the metro, and distances inside it vary more than any other city on this list. LifeCare has not opened a downtown Phoenix suite, a midtown hours block, or a second number. The clinic is 1830 S Alma School Rd, Ste 135, Mesa. We list Phoenix because some patients who live or work on the east side of the city — or who already come to the East Valley for work — choose this team. We do not list Phoenix because we “serve the entire city.”
Downtown Phoenix is the public landmark we will name. From downtown, the trip east is typically longer than a Tempe or Gilbert hop: US-60, Loop 202, or the surface-street maze depending on the hour. We will not invent “35 minutes from downtown.” I-10, the 60, and event traffic all change it. From west Phoenix, Glendale-adjacent areas, or far north Phoenix, the drive is longer still. If you only need the nearest chiropractor, stay closer. If you want this clinic, plan the appointment.
What east-bound Phoenix patients bring looks like everyone else’s load once they are on the table: low back pain from sitting and then lifting, neck pain and headaches from screens and a long eastbound commute, wrist and carpal tunnel from keyboards. After a collision on a Phoenix freeway or an East Valley arterial, auto injury and sciatica is treated in Mesa — not at a fictional downtown annex.
Shoulder and knee visits are the same shoulder and knee pages Mesa patients use. You can meet the team before you decide the trip is worth stacking onto a Phoenix workday. We will not decorate this page with a Phoenix star rating or a map of invented pins.
Airport-area and Sky Harbor-adjacent commutes are another Phoenix pattern we will name without turning them into a pin. If your day already points east toward Tempe or Mesa, this clinic can sit on that route. If your day points west toward the Estrella edge, we are the wrong geographic default — and we would rather say that than invent a downtown hours card.
Integrated care is the only honest pitch. Adjusting, soft-tissue work, and lifestyle guidance in one chart. If a closer Phoenix office can do that for you, use it. If you specifically want LifeCare, come to Alma School. We will not split your file across a “Phoenix location” we do not operate.

Conditions & Services
A long eastbound commute is context. The conditions are the Mesa clinic’s existing pages.
How we treat
The visit is the same whether you live in Phoenix or park from across Mesa: restore motion, release the tissue that is guarding it, and change the habit that keeps reloading the problem.
Restore alignment so the joint can move the way it should.
Treat the muscle and fascia around the joint — not only the crack.
Sitting, training, and sleep habits that keep you from starting over.
Visit the Mesa office
The only address is 1830 S Alma School Rd, Ste 135, Mesa. From downtown Phoenix that is typically a longer eastbound trip on US-60 or Loop 202 than a Tempe hop. West and far-north Phoenix are farther. We do not publish exact minutes.
East Valley
Same clinic, same NAP. These pages are for patients who drive in — not extra offices.
Phoenix
Honest answers about the Mesa clinic — not a second Phoenix location.
No. There is no downtown Phoenix suite and no second phone. LifeCare is 1830 S Alma School Rd, Ste 135, Mesa. Some Phoenix patients travel east; we do not claim the whole city.
Only if this specific team is the reason. West and far-north Phoenix are a longer trip than Tempe or east Phoenix. We will not quote exact minutes. Use the Mesa address and decide honestly.
Put 1830 S Alma School Rd, Ste 135, Mesa in your maps app. The usual pattern is east on US-60 or Loop 202. Allow for freeway traffic. Call (480) 839-2273 to schedule.

Call (480) 839-2273 or book online. Phoenix patients come to 1830 S Alma School Rd, Ste 135, Mesa, AZ 85210.
