First of all, before you look at these numbers you have to understand that “healthy lifestyle,” in this study, is really very non-specific and generally nothing near the level of what I would consider a truly healthy lifestyle. That being said, we still saw a massive risk reduction for stroke of 79% for women and 69% for men.
