Green tea consumption and cognitive function

While everyone seems to know that green tea is good for you, sometimes we’re just not sure how much is needed for an effect.

In this study, those drinking greater than 2 glasses per day (very easy to accomplish) had over half the incidence of cognitive decline. And, while results were also seen for black tea and oolong tea, green tea was the stronger. I would be interested to see where white tea would fall on this spectrum.
