Keep in mind that if we add sugar, creamer or HCFS into this it’s going to ruin the benefit. Try blue agave nectar, Silk creamer, honey (darker, locally grown), stevia instead. My favorite tea is Republic of Tea. Great flavors, naturally flavored (not sweetened). Drink away!
