Wow!!  66% reduction in cardiac mortality?????  My favorite snack  at the office is a handful of bulk nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts, hazelnuts and macadamia) with some dark chocolate espresso beans mixed in.  Wonder what  THAT drops my risk down to?  I’d bet I’d have to take up smoking just to  bring my risk up to zero…
