Are Patients’ Office Visits with Physicians Getting Shorter?

I thought this was a very interesting article examining a very important question. The answer? No, they are longer by one to two minutes over the past decade. So why the appearance of shorter office visits? I don’t know the answer, but I feel that if we could find out why patients feel this way then we would be somewhat closer to fixing our health care problems.
