Wow!! 66% reduction in cardiac mortality????? My favorite snack at the office is a handful of bulk nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts, hazelnuts and macadamia) with some dark chocolate espresso beans mixed in. Wonder what THAT drops my risk down to?
