Whether you've got several blacks belts or can't even spell "karate," this class has something for you. This program is designed to offer students the knowledge and skills to defend themselves and their family. This program incorporates many of Bruce Lee's philosophies and is one of the most progressive martial arts programs being taught today. It incorporates aspects of many different types of martial arts into an eclectic approach different from most martial arts programs. This class will also focus on physical fitness and conditioning and promises a serious workout no matter what your fitness level is.
